Longtime PJ fan, from the very beginning, but started to lose interest after Binaural. Dark Matter has pulled me back in, their best album since the 1990s, in the conversation for Top 3 overall.

Aside from John not wanting to play the songs he wasn’t apart of, i found it a little frustrating that he comes back when the audience was actually starting to warm up to Josh’s place in the band.

I liked this album but the way she promoted it, just left me disappointed. She kept mentioning how she wrote over 95+ songs, how it woukd sound psychedelic and like massive attack.....and then you get the product and it's just bland.

Metal shows are far better.

It was an accident. And for anyone saying the band donated not enough... They don't make as much. I hope she gets better.

I really don’t know how to feel about this. Personally as a super small person I never stand in the area where they might stage dive for this exact reason. Never seen anyone get really hurt doing it either. Hope the girl recovers that’s all I am certain about.

for me, i think the beauty of lastfm is knowing that im listening to whatever i feel like and therefore my scrobbles are going to be accurate. i dont ever listen to music to boost my scrobble count, in fact sometimes while im driving (where 80% of my music listening happens) sometimes ill call a friend or listen to a podcast specifically to take a break from listening to music. i just like seeing the stats of what im listening to. yes, sometimes im tempted to listen to something to influence those statistics to be more varied, but then i remember that thats stupid and i should just listen to what i feel like. if yhat means listening to the new Porter Robinson song 10 times in a row, then that's what ill do.

It seems like rock thing, (and similar types of music), , in other cultures and with different types of music the idea that you or the musicians would behave in a way that injures someone is really alien. The idea is to have a good time and be positive.

I can't decide between Surfer Rosa (Pixies) and Pod (The Breeders). Also Rid of Me by PJ Harvey is also a favourite.

This album is like a Best Of compilation except it's all new songs. There's nothing really new but it's all quality. I give it a solid B+ As a fan since they started getting buzz as a hometown band in the late 90s it's great to see them still going strong after everything they've been through.

dude... setting sun... i think you need a few more listens. this entire album in general. it just keeps growing. every song has a great hook, best since Vitalogy.

I use to really like green day but I don't anymore I just don't like all the fandom and fans r not the nicest people I have been to one of there concerts and got vip but I was not that impressed like I use to be ... But I guess they r still really good It is just me but no hate to anyone who likes them

I agree with you. There's nothing wrong with radical optimism, it's just boring. Not a single yaaaaaaass moment on it. Unlike her debut and the godsend that was future nostalgia. Very disappointing.
